从农场到餐桌，从种子、化肥、农药到食品添加剂，“舌尖上的安全”关乎民众福祉。粮食问题不仅仅是经济问题，更是政治问题。一直以来，长沙把保障粮食安全放在突出位置，牢牢守住粮食安全这一底线。同时，全面实施“藏粮于地、藏粮于技”战略，坚守耕地红线，严格遏制耕地“非农化”“非粮化”。

At the sub-forum on food security of the first session of the Boao Forum for Asian Forum on global economic development and security was held in Changsha on October 19, it was mentioned that:

From farm to table, from seeds, fertilizers, pesticides to food additives, food security is closely related to the well-being of the people. The food issue is not only an economic issue, but also a political issue. For a long time, Changsha has put food security in a prominent position and firmly guarded food security.
